At Manihaaram Vaarahi, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packing and delivering our silver jewellery. However, in case of any issues, we offer return and refund options under the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received an incorrect product
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The product colour differs significantly from what was ordered

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact
• Return requests must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of usage, tampering, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 banking working days after successful inspection of the returned product.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
